KAM-now referred to as "West Coast KAM" is one of the most well-respected Rap Artists in Hip Hop. The lyricist is known for his strong Pro-Black street-lyrics and his NOI (Nation Of Islam) membership. Kam is the most consistent leader in his community and the HipHop industry for nearly three decades now. East Coast native, Chill Nye shows diversity in his music by introducing different styles like Lo-Fi, Emo, Alternative Hip-Hop, and Rap. Southern Artist, T.K. Soul releases his latest single, " That's Life" 

  Contemporary soul singer, T.K. Soul born Terence Kimble in Winnfield, Louisiana on August 26, 1964. From a young age, Kimble has a keen ear for music and soaked up the influences of soul, funk, and R&B artists ranging from Stevie Wonder, the Jackson 5, and Al Green to Maze, Rick James, and Prince. When he was ten years old, Kimble picked up a guitar and discovered he could easily play it by ear. Before long, Kimble was also playing keyboards, drums, and bass, and by the time he was in junior high, he had already been recruited to play in the local high school's band. Music became the dominant force in Kimble's life, as he juggled gigs with school bands, church choir, and local R&B acts. 

T.K. Soul has built a loyal grassroots following for his music that mixes R&B traditions with modern-day attitude and hip-hop accents. After a painful breakup with his girlfriend, Kimble began writing songs, and while DJ'ing at clubs and parties, he began singing his songs during breaks. Kimble began looking for a record contract, but his inexperience in the music business kept him on the sidelines for close to a decade.  Kimble began touring with R&B and funk acts as a sideman, and while performing with the band Under 21 (who would later record for Motown under the name Profyle), he was scouted by the manager of the successful Houston-based vocal group H-Town. Kimble signed on to play keyboards with H-Town while writing songs in his spare time.

After his run with H-Town ended, Kimble went back to the church for a few years, serving as a musical director at a house of worship. Kimble returned to the road when he was hired to play keyboards for soul-blues singer Willie Clayton, and soon Clayton was recording some of Kimble's material, including "Wiggle in the Middle" and "Party Like We Used To." After five years with Clayton, Kimble decided it was time to strike out on his own.  Adopting the stage name T.K. Soul, he cut his solo debut, 2002's One Woman Man, and released it through his label, Soulful Records. One Woman Man and Soul's 2003 follow-up, The Bad Boy of Southern Soul, helped generate a buzz about T.K. on the soul-blues circuit, and 2004's "Love Games" was a breakthrough that generated several regional hits for him, including "Cheating and Lying" and "You Ring My Bell." His next album, "Undisputed" rose to number 85 on the R&B and hip-hop album chart and peaked at number nine on the blues album chart. In 2009, "The Evolution of Soul" follows as Soul continues to fill nightclubs and play festivals and theme cruises. Despite his busy schedule, T.K. remains prolific releasing "Ghetto Superstar" in 2013- "Life After Love" in 2014 -"The Legacy" in 2016.

Rapper/producer Lil Unfufu (born Gregory I. Pulliam) grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. Listening to all types of music and it shows in his body of work. He began rapping in the summer of 1991 when he entered his boys & girl club annual talent show (then rapping as Kid Duce). In 1993 Lil Unfufu won first prize at the same talent show winning a chance to be on BET'S teen summit, but a drug arrest and conviction sidelined his opportunity. However, he continued to write and rap in juvenile detention eventually, after meeting local producer Dru, he decided to do a 3 song demo that never made it out of the studio because he was arrested and sentenced again for drug possession.

Upon his release in 1997, he released his first single entitled "Thug T.K.O". Later connecting with childhood friend and producer/rapper B.A. Barakas (Tavaris Thomas), the two joined forces and started their own independent label (BANG'EM ENTERTAINMENT) in 1997, releasing 2 projects in one year "Bang'em Where We Hang'em the Compilation" and "Murderer" his debut album, then rapping as Mr. Murder. The two albums did so well locally that their Bang'em Entertainment imprint landed an independent distribution deal through bankrupt distributor Southwest in 2002, to be distributed regionally.

Since his release though in 2011 he has been working harder than ever releasing his first mixtape "Still I Bang" a book entitled "Scandalous", and a song a day mixtape series via the internet and countless other records. Also, in 2014 he released his RNR mixtape hosted by Dj Bigga Rankin.

Texas Hip-Hop Artist, Nubia Emmon delivers the visual to her single, "Sad and Blue"

 

Hip-Hop artist Nubia Emmon’s hot new video is as captivating and creative as her fusing rap music with R&B. Taking her talent to the next level---the song, Sad and Blue, Nubia said is based on her personal life. As for the video, she says that what inspired the setting is that she wanted it to mean more than just the words, ‘I’m laid up in my bedroom, this use to be the place for me and you’. “My bedroom, which is an intimate place, is our world. While we were together, we saw so much together, and we did so many things together. I didn’t want people to look at it as something sexual...so I put the bed outside to give it a bigger meaning and a bigger picture to it.”

"In my verses, you can hear me telling a story about a relationship and how we're blaming each other back and forth and ultimately I end up hurt or, 'Sad and Blue'.

 

So who is Nubia Emmon?

She is Texas singer/songwriter Nubia Emmon and she is reminiscent of that groundbreaking and exhilarating time period in the 90s when R&B/Hip Hop music was as versatile as its artists. She brings a cool laid back swag, an energetic spontaneity and her own unique artistry to the music scene.  She can go from performing club bangers to slow ballads such as “At Last” by Etta James. As unassuming as she is, Nubia will you tell you she is your everyday homegirl, but make no mistake about it, R&B Artist Nubia Emmon is the total package -- she raps as well as she sings so masterfully intertwining a blend of catchy lyrics and melodious verses.

Nubia Emmon, who comes from a musical family---including her uncle Salih Williams who produced Sad and Blue, has won numerous awards in New York and Atlanta and she has several collaborations under her belt which includes Rapper Lil Niqo (Def Jam), who was featured on her track 'Dancing Machine'. Further exercising her versatility as an artist, Nubia had a cameo role in the movie “The Holy Spoof” starring Rapper Paul Wall and she has graced the covers of fashion and cultural publications.

 With the help of her team, Nubia is using her talent in music to give back to the community through The Nubia Emmon Foundation which focuses on breast cancer awareness and motivating youth towards success. Losing her Mother to breast cancer encouraged her involvement in promoting breast cancer awareness and getting involved with organizations such as the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure which Nubia had volunteered with since 2012.

Florida Lyricist and Producer, Travis Michael releases his interlude, "Sommer Ray" from his Forthcoming Album

  Pensacola, Florida native, Travis Michael began making music in his teens. His influences range from J Cole, Dreamville artist - Bas, Nas, and Jay-Z. He hit the scene with the mixtape series, ""FutureRocBoy"  with guest artists like Faron Vin$ent. The three of the series can be found on TM's Soundcloud account.

As a followup to the "FRB" series, Travis Michael releases several EPs and singles like "Old Times." His first EP, "No Changes" released in 2016 had nominal success and set the bar for more to come. During this time, he features with GOH PH on their single, “Taking You." A year later, "Crowns. the second EP makes a statement on digital platforms along with the EP, "Of Course." His most recent EP, "Of Course" (Extended Cut), which was re-released with 3 additional tracks, is considered the pinnacle of his work yet.



While working on his new album, Travis lends his talents to R&B artist, Siergio on his chart-rising hit, "On My Way." Just recently, Travis' new single, "Sommer Ray" the interlude inspired by the celebrity Instagram fitness model.
